Why Safety Matters
Socagee HSE Vision
To foster commitment among all members of the Socagee team to create and sustain an injury and incident-free environment.
We believe that an “incident/injury-free workplace” is obtainable and is a product of a culture characterized by safety being an individual and corporate value.
To achieve our vision, Socagee believes that these things are imperative:
At work, at home, at play - We must utilize the Safety Tools we have in our toolbox to carry us to the incident/injury-free place we all want to be.
Increased visibility - At the job site, we involve the Site Leadership Team and employees to create a specific job site heartfelt, leadership, and safety visibility.
We make safety conscious decisions governed by personal values.
We make personal choices to work safely and look out for one another.
We monitor HSE performance of sites, facilitate improvement plans when needed, and conduct periodic reviews of Site HSE Plans
We ensure all incidents and near misses are reported, in the Socagee database and investigated properly.
We develop and sustain an "Incident Free" culture through leadership, innovation, the discussion and measurement of leading indicators as well as conscious leadership involvement.
